We were asked to re-design the back garden of this suburban house.  

 

The garden was very much overgrown and in desperate need of rejuvenation.  We presented plans to our clients to open the space up and allow new borders to be planted, with bold interlocking lawns, and a small new patio area with upright green oak structures behind to create a screen to allow glimpses through to the rest of the garden beyond.

 

The detailed planting plan was tailored to the brief from our clients who very much wanted a majority of the plants to cut for flower arranging. A good mixture of shrubs, perennials and grasses were chosen for cutting throughout the year.
