This large garden was simply lawn with a new garden studio positioned at the end of the garden. Having addressed the interior of their house, our clients now wanted a garden to enjoy and to host parties to entertain family and friends.

They were keen to keep the lawn, so we divided the garden into three areas, creating nice deep borders around the existing patio to give them a sense of enclosure from the rest of the garden. A linear design was drawn up that provided good access from the house through the garden.

We transformed the garden into a colourful space with a good mixture of trees, shrubs and perennial planting. Our clients now have interest throughout the year for them to view either from the house or within the garden.
